Pete is our man on the ground. If you have a question about Auto Enrolment and what your business needs to do to avoid heavy fines, Pete is your man. With over 25 years in financial services — much of it in heavily regulated, constantly evolving environments — Pete is fully aware of the difficulties businesses face during change. His knowledge, contagious enthusiasm and never-say-die attitude are crucial to AEclipse's continued growth.
Tim started his professional career as a lawyer in a large banking corporation, where he developed a strong background in process and regulation. He then cut his teeth in finance over a tumultuous decade of change and instability — experience that instilled the strong work ethic he now brings to operations.
Nic is our IT director. He has worked in corporate environments at a senior level in both IT and Change Management for over 35 years prior to his investment in AEclipse. He works alongside the team to continuously improve the AEclipse platform — keeping stability and security as top priorities.
With over 35 years of experience, Andrew brings a wealth of commercial and legal insight. Before retiring in March 2016, he spent five years with The Pensions Regulator (TPR) as Industry Liaison Manager — engaging and evaluating suppliers and product providers for Auto Enrolment, including AEclipse. He also brings 20+ years of experience across the IT divisions of major insurance and pension firms.
Debbie joined in September 2017 and works alongside the team in processing pension contributions for clients. Her office-based background ensures an organised and professional approach to her work. Outside the office Debbie enjoys gardening, cooking, travelling and sampling artisan gins.
