Modern Slavery Statement

AEclipse Ltd — Statement on slavery and human trafficking, prepared in line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Last updated: April 2026

1. Introduction

AEclipse Limited ("AEclipse", "we", "us") is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking, and we are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.

2. About AEclipse

AEclipse is a UK-based auto enrolment middleware provider, registered in England & Wales, with its registered office at Military House, Castle Drive, Chester, CH1 2DS. We support hundreds of accountants, payroll bureaus and employers across the UK with auto enrolment compliance.

3. Our supply chains

Our supply chains are short and predominantly UK-based. They consist primarily of professional service providers, software vendors, and IT and infrastructure suppliers. We do not operate in sectors that the Government identifies as high-risk for modern slavery.

4. Our policies

We operate the following internal policies which together promote ethical business practice and support our zero-tolerance stance on modern slavery:

  • Recruitment policy — we verify the identity and right-to-work of all employees.
  • Whistleblowing policy — staff are encouraged to report concerns confidentially.
  • Code of conduct — all employees are required to behave with integrity at work and in their dealings with suppliers and clients.
  • Supplier code of conduct — suppliers are expected to share our values on labour standards and human rights.

5. Due diligence

We assess and monitor our suppliers on an ongoing basis. New suppliers are reviewed for compliance with our standards before any engagement, and existing suppliers are reviewed periodically. Where we identify concerns, we work with the supplier to address them, or terminate the relationship.

6. Risk assessment

We have considered the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chains. Given the nature of our operations and the geographies in which we operate, we consider the risk to be low — but we remain vigilant.

7. Training

Our staff receive guidance on modern slavery as part of their induction and ongoing training, so that they are able to recognise the signs of modern slavery and human trafficking and know how to report concerns.

8. Effectiveness

We measure the effectiveness of our approach by reference to the following indicators:

  • Completion of induction and refresher training by all staff.
  • Number of supplier audits and reviews completed each year.
  • Reports raised under our whistleblowing policy and how they were resolved.

9. Approval

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes AEclipse's slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year. It has been approved by the board of directors.
