We are now responsible for processing auto enrolment information for tens of thousands of employees, but we like to think we are an approachable, customer focussed company. Our mission is to make auto enrolment as painless a responsibility as possible.
Pete is our man on the ground. If you have a question about Auto Enrolment and what your business needs to do in order to avoid heavy fines Pete is your man. Pete has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years and during this time has operated in a heavily regulated and constantly evolving environment making him fully aware of the difficulties businesses will face in these challenging times of change. Pete's knowledge and experience of running companies for over twenty years, combined with his contagious enthusiasm and never say die attitude is now a crucial element of AEclipse's continued growth.
Tim started his professional career as a lawyer in a large banking corporation where he developed a strong background in processes and regulation. Following this he cut his teeth in the world of finance over a tumultuous decade of change and instability. This experience has instilled a strong work ethic which now serves him well in his role as operations director.
Nic is our IT director. He has worked in corporate environments at a senior level in both IT and Change management roles for over 35 years prior to his investment in AEclipse. He works alongside the team to continuously improve the AEclipse platform and ensures that stability and security remain key priorities.
With over 35 years of experience in a variety of roles Andrew brings a wealth of commercial and legal insight to AEclipse. Prior to his retirement in March 2016, he spent five years with The Pensions Regulator (TPR) as an Industry Liaison Manager where he was responsible for the engagement and evaluation of suppliers and product providers for Auto Enrolment. During this period he worked with the AEclipse platform as well as a number of middleware and software providers. In addition, Andrew brings more than 20 years of involvement in the IT sectors of large insurance firms and pension providers. His role as a non-executive director for AEclipse involves acting in an advisory role as the company continues to grow.
Debbie is a Business Support Administrator for AEclipse. She joined in September 2017 and works alongside Lauren in processing pension contributions for clients. Her office based background ensures an organised and professional approach to her work. Debbie enjoys gardening, cooking, travelling and sampling artisan gins.
